Hearing of case for Forcible Entry and Mandatory Temporary Injunction/Ejectment in respect of November 5 invasion and takeover of Boracay SandCastles Beach Resort and the ground floor of SandCastles--The Apartments. Hearing is before Malay-Buruanga Municipal Circuit Court, 9 am, Friday 19 December. Rebuttable of Viveca Hutchinson testimony by intruders Evangeline Dalino and Editha Cawaling Meren and presentation of intruders' witnesses with cross examination. Atty Mario Bihag, Jnr promised to finish up on 19 December after insisting to end Friday 12 December's session early on account of the man being "tired". (No consideration for the victims tiredness after 36 days kept captive in their own home with the mayor's sister ensconced on the ground floor!) Please come and make sure hearings end on December 19 so action can be taken quickly and a Merry Christmas can be had by ALL (except the lawbreakers!) so tourism can progress.
